Galeria Abad Agirre

This new gallery was opened in 1998 by Jon Abad Biota, a well-known painter. Its location is hard to beat: between the Fine Arts Museum on one side and the Guggenheim on the other. The collection covers the various artistic styles within contemporary art, while not excessively vanguard. The exhibition space, measuring approximately 42 square meters, includes work by promising and still not very well-known Spanish artists, such as Maria Jose Romero Gascon, Hector Urra, Borja Uribe, Javi Rivero, Veva Linaza, Xabin Egana, Manu Beltran Heredia, Alain Sistiaga, Nisa Goiburu, Gisela Schneider or Fernando Biderbost, among others.
