Plaza Andres Eloy Blanco
Avenida Urdaneta, Esquina de Santa Capilla, Centro, Caracas, VenezuelaThis modern square could go unnoticed, since it is located at a lower level than the pedestrian boulevard that connects busy Urdaneta Avenue and Bolivar Square. Nevertheless, apart from being a charming place for having a rest and a light snack, the square is a tribute to poet Andres Eloy Blanco, from the eastern city of Cumana and the author of the universal poem "Pintame Angelitos Negros."
