On display is an extremely impressive collection of pre-Hispanic gold, silver and semiprecious stones, as well as ceramics and textiles from the Mochica, Chimu and Vicus cultures. Beautiful tumis, idols and masks sit in large exhibition cases, obsequies that demonstrate the impressive technological advances made in metallurgy, and uses of gold by the inhabitants of ancient Peru. In addition to archaeological finds, this museum displays an impressive collection of weapons from different eras and parts of the world. Entrance: Adults 20 soles, children 7 soles.
