A 'humedal' (area of moist and humid soil) is an ecosystem where different species of animals and plants live in harmony. In an attempt to preserve La Conejera, the organisation puts together environmental education workshops, for groups of a minimum of 20 people, and explains the importance of these ecosystems. At the end of each workshop there are tours around La Conejera.
