The first constructions built on this land were of an `L' shape and presumably date back to the middle of the 17th century. During the 18th century they were reconstructed and enlarged. Today there is an exhibition of glass, furniture, silverware, paintings, tapestries and art from Chile, Europe and the Far East.

Las Condes Council bought the property in 1967. There are numerous exhibitions throughout the year of flowers, wines, decoration and other themes.
