This center, created in honor of the social and libertarian advances made by the Cuban revolution, was built to promote and educate people about the shared culture of Latin America's sister nations. A great mural jointly painted by Mexicans and Cubans, finds its home in the frugal yet functional interior. The center also offers a small but interesting library and an auditorium where numerous activities are held, with Latin culture as the common denominator. For visitors interested in chess, there is a delightful outdoor patio for those enthusiasts who wish to indulge.
