This popular health centre boasts the largest Finnish sauna in New Zealand. It costs just NZD15 for a session with no time limit. The Centre also offers Reiki massage--a half hour session with one of their qualified therapists will cost NZD36. Alternatively, you can experience a beneficial hour of relaxation in a flotation tank. The centre has women-only days on Tuesdays and men-only days on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Bookings essential for all services but the sauna.
