Arguably, this is the most serious gallery in Singapore for classical Chinese art. Established way back in 1975, Tzen Gallery specialises mainly in famous 19th-century Chinese paintings and works from contemporary masters in China and the South-east Asian region. Displayed in this small but pleasant showroom are watercolour and pen and ink drawings as well as a wide selection of scrolls (most selling at reasonable prices), and custom-made seal stones.
