Visitors may watch a short movie and view the precision clocks and high-powered telescope. The vice-president's residence is on the grounds as well. Though it is not open to the public, visitors can catch a glimpse its fine Victorian exterior. Tours are held at 8:30 pm Mondays. Up to 90 people are admitted per tour on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission: Free
