Part of the group of founding teams in the West Coast Hockey League, the "Aces" placed second at the Taylor Cup Finals in the 1996-97 season and ranked as one of the top teams of the West Coast Hockey League in 1998-99. As Anchorage's number one spectator sport, the cold winter weather brings rowdy crowds inside to try to drown out the whistles of referees at these sporting events. Admission is USD10-18 depending on the location of your seat. Games are held at the Sullivan Arena, midtown on Gambell Street.
