Blues on the Green Festival

6998 Raspberry Road, (Kincaid Park Amphitheater), Anchorage, AK

 

Each year music lovers flock to this annual festival featuring top entertainment that happens every June. Music and dancing performances by Indigenous Touring, Mighty Untouchables, Backstreet Blues Band and many more played in years past. Other artists have included Bo Diddley, Otis Rush, Too Slim and others. Forty local vendors will sell food and merchandise to the usual crowds of more than 5,000 people. Admission: USD27 in advance; USD37 at the park. Concert is 10am to midnight. Please call for a list of the current years performers, and to purchase ticket.

  • Fantastic music, food vendors and beer tent and good people.
  • Too few bathrooms and lines for beer.

“The best outdoor music festival I've ever attended. The producers of this really know what they're doing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun. AND, don't forget to go to a great blues club while in town. Blues Central ”
