Friskis och Svettis is an unpretentious alternative to the flashier downtown gyms. It attracts people of all different ages and levels of fitness. In the summer, the outdoor aerobics in Slottsskogen is very popular, though some people might argue that they are ruining the lawns. Friskis och Svettis also has a lot of gyms all over town.
