The Town Hall of the Frederiksberg area is a large, square red-brick building at Frederiksberg Torv, built in 1942-1953. The building contains the administration of the independent city of Frederiksberg. From the 60-metre town hall tower you get an excellent view over Copenhagen. The also the inside of the town hall is worth visiting; for instance the wedding hall is very beautiful, with walls decorated with charming, colourful paintings by Sikker Hansen.
