Located within an extension of the imposing, Gothic Manchester Town Hall, this large, award-winning information centre is a literal one-stop shop for all tourism and visitor services, dealing with over half a million enquiries a year. In the circular main room you will find all kinds of facilities including accommodation listings, "what's on" guides, coach ticket booking, an exhibition area and a 24hr touch-sensitive information system. There is also a well-stocked giftshop annexe offering everything from postcards and street maps to clothing and themed merchandise.
