"The visitor to the Eisenmarkt can sit down beside Willy Millowitsch, the star of folk theatre and honorary citizen of Cologne. His statue was erected in front of the Hanneschen-Theater during his lifetime. Willy Millowitsch ran the Millowitsch-Theater on Aachener Strasse for many years and publicised the lifestyle of Cologne on television."
