Stylistically, it incorporates many features characteristic of Modernist architecture. It was completely remodeled in 1994.The Social and Cultural Office of Cantabria Bank is charged with programming a wide and varied schedule of cultural events throughout the year. These include theatre and film showings, rock, pop and jazz concerts, conferences, art exhibitions and workshops in drama, painting and photography, held at various venues throughout the city.Admission (to the art exhibitions): free.
