This church provides another example of the neo-Gothic religious architecture typical in the city between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. From the outside, this single-naved church looks more like a civic building than a religious one. With its overblown ornamentation it is somewhat reminiscent of Renaissance architecture. At ground level the facade has five arches. Above these, paired windows are topped by a fretwork balustrade and pinnacles. The tower is the most obviously neo-Gothic element, crowned with an elegant, delicately carved spire. Mass is conducted at: 10:30a on Sundays.
