This building found in the Fishing Quarter houses some of the exhibitions and cultural activities organised by Santander's port authorities. Others take place in the Palacete del Embarcadero. Originally constructed in 1950, Nave Sotoliva was renovated in the 1990s to provide the port area with its own exhibition space. It now forms part of the Sotoliva Complex, which also contains the harbour council's administrative offices. Exhibitions here are diverse, reflecting the wide range of artistic activity in the city. Admission is free.
