Masterpieces abound here. The permanent exhibit includes works by El Greco, Degas, Monet and Renoir. 19th- and 20th-century art receive a special focus. The museum building itself is a striking, architectural find. Thirty-eight different types of marble were used in construction. The exterior glows a light pink, setting the building apart from the rest of downtown Omaha. Admission: USD7 for adults, USD5 students and seniors, USD4 children ages 5-17. The Peter Kiewit Foundation helps make admission times 10a-noon on Saturdays.
