Capitol Theatre50 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, UTThis venerable theatre was built in 1913 to accommodate the steady stream of vaudevillians that poured into the city off the growing rail lines. Since that time, the theatre has been host to silent movies, talking pictures, musical reviews, and now serves as the city's favorite venue for stage productions. Home to Ballet West and the Utah Opera Company, the house hosts a variety of shows, including nationally touring muscial and stage productions.
