Grant, this colonial-style mansion includes over 42 rooms, some up to 60 feet long. The billiard room, bowling alley, auditorium and ballroom testify to the luxury of this wonderland. After Grant's death, the structure was purchased by Albert Humphreys. He installed an extravagant ten-car garage, car wash and gas pump for his Rolls Royces. Originally used as office space, the mansion is now owned and operated by the Colorado Historical Society, and is available for rental.
