“I found the Grand Sierra to be a classy difference from the other casino/hotels we visited while in reno. The open space, beautiful lighting and layout for comfort was all beyond our expectations. This place is classy and we will be back to spend some more time there! Thanks so much for a great experience!”

“This is a great hotel for people who don't like the traditional casino scene, it's not trashy, dirty, or obnoxious. There are many family-friendly activities like bowling and mini golf. The restaurants are fantastic.”

“Good atmosphere, restaurant was staffed well and had good service. Food was above average. As in most hotels in Reno and Las Vegas smoking is permitted every where.”

“Room was nicely equipped, clean and comfortable, though showing signs of wear due to age. This is a casino and the air was always a little stale with a hint of cigarette smoke. Have to walk a considerable distance when leaving or arriving.”

“Excellent room and very good price through priceline. The interior of the room was a little dark. While checking in the clerk's people skill were off. We went to the automated wine bar. It was a very interesting gimmick but it took all of the personality out of wine tasting. When looking at the costs of the wine by the ounce, sometimes you were paying 15.00 per glass. Great gaming open spaces.”

“Overall I liked this hotel the only problems I had was the air conditioner did work that well, and I got food poisoning the last night of my stay. Other than that It was good.”

“The Summit was very nice, the room was great. The only downfall is location, I prefer to be downtown in Reno.”

“This hotel is nice, the only problem we had was that the restaurants closed earlier than we thought and the one that was open later did not have enough servers. Parking is not the most convenient.”

“Beautiful hotel. Plenty to do from indoor golf and skeet shooting, shuffle board, lazier tag, go-cart racing, shopping, gambling, elegant dining at a reasonable price. What is there not to like?”

“I feel comfortable bringing my kids to this resort, you are allowed pets and the hotel is the cleanest I have ever been in. The restaurants are nice a little spendy but wonderful. The gambling is a little tight but we didn't go to gamble so we had fun in our room.”

“The pull out had dirty sheets on it when we checked in and though floor wasn't vacuumed the pool area is not for kids I guess there trying to make it a resort type pool area but in the day time you have young kids in there, the night time pool time is fine 8 pm over 21 that's all good but I think the day time needs to be controlled more. I would stay there again but not with kids.” 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Reno
