Sheldon Concert Hall & Ballroom3648 Washington Blvd, St. Louis, MODesigned in 1904 by Louis Spiering, this historic landmark hosts more than 300 events each year. It opened in 1912 and has since featured such speakers as Dwight Eisenhower and Albert Einstein. The building can seat up to 711 people and hosts a variety of concerts each year. In 1998, it expanded to 6,000 square feet. One of the area's most loved tourist spots and event-hosting spaces, it is available for parties, business and organizational functions; it also features local and historical exhibits. Tickets are sold through MetroTix.
