Since the mid-1980s, this place has been introducing people to the fun activity of kayaking, with the added bonus of educating the customers about the preservation of marine life in the Monterey area. The store sells and rents all sorts of kayaks and has a variety of classes. The staff members are all accomplished experts, and many corporate group programs are available. Enjoy water sports and learn about the environment. A typical all-day basic skills class is $90. Three-hour tours are $50, half-price for kids 12 and under (no kids under 3).
