  • Good entertainment and location.
  • No activities for minors, restaurants were all booked up.

“Too expensive for a Room in the Back side of the hotel. Staff service is slow. only casino is everywhere, and nothing available for teenagers!”

  • A top notch Las Vegas Hotel..what more can be said
  • No coffee maker or glasses or Ice bucket in the room

“The MGM Grand is one of the great hotels on the strip. For the money, it couldn't be beat. However, was disappointed that there was no way I could make my own coffee in the morning; had to call Rm service which was outrageous just for coffee and a bagel (~$20). Overlooking that, the restaurants were fantastic, the shows offered were top notch, and the staff was very helpful. Its also very close to the airport.”

  • Great location, large and very nice rooms, fun casino, nice restaurants.
  • Tub did not drain when we took first shower. They fixed as soon as we called.

“Atmosphere was great, lively, fun, and vibrant. Rooms were large, clean, well appointed, large bathrooms, nice showerhead, great restaurants, excellent casino, nice clubs, and great location. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!”

  • The hotel was very picturesque and everyone was so helpful!
  • It's pretty far south on the strip.

“This was an excellent hotel choice because it was very beautiful and well cared for. The rooms were very modern, but still warm and inviting. The air conditioning is cold, so don't turn it all the way down because it will be freezing! The hotel is south on the strip, but was very convenient to Walgreen’s for little things we needed to get. I enjoyed my stay. We had a joint bachelor/ ette party and it was a total of 33 people in attendance and we dined in the hotel and it was fabulous.”

  • The dining was tasty, the staff was very helpful, and the rooms were nice. Overall, it was a great stay.
  • I didn't like all the cigarette smoke. It would be great if they could get some more ventilation or something.

“Check-in/out was easy and fast. The rooms were nice. The location was on the strip and easy to find. The service was great! And the restaurants were delicious.”

  • So much to do without leaving the hotel.

“We had a great stay at the MGM Grand Hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel offered so many fun things to do. We attended the Jonas Brothers Concert at the hotel and really had a great time.”

  • The interior design of the room, and honest employees.
  • I stood at the concierge desk for 15 minutes and no one would even speak to me.

“Clean, honest employees, they give back 100 tips for pizza when they know you're drunk! Very nice and upstanding of them. The front desk lady was so sweet and cheerful, she seemed as though she was sincerely happy that I was there. Excellent food, for a hotel. Very reasonably priced, I was amazed at the quality for the price.”

  • Central location with access to any type of need. Every need could be found in the hotel.

“Very accommodating facilities. Many options for entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The Monorail makes access to other casinos and hotels easy. Overall, it was a great trip.”

  • The rooms were modern yet very comfortable. Nice large bathroom.
  • I wish that there was a way to get to the pool without going through the whole entire hotel.

“Even though I was travelling bymyself, I did not feel uncomfortable as everyone at the hotel was very friendly and very accomodating. Thanks.”

  • Location, the bed was so comfortable.
  • Star bucks was not open early in the morning.

“Location was awesome and
room was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable ever for Vegas being 24 hours, you would think that a Star bucks would be open earlier in the morning than it was.”

  • Amazing and comfortable bed with feather pillow top.
  • Rooms were very modern for my taste.

“This was a very modern style room. Modern art, glass sinks and shower/toilet stalls etc. If you like that you would like this room. We had a slow shower drain on arrival. It was dealt with immediately and they redid the room for us as a bonus. I did not like the parking distance from the room since it causes some long distance luggage hauling but this is a large hotel and they have (I think) a luggage service near the front where you could drop off and have a bell person do that for you. Being a cheapskate I did the quarter mile hike me. Overall it was a very good experience. The king size bed was awesome. It had a feather topper and my wife and I both had a great nights sleep. I recommend this hotel. The Grand Buffet was also very good but was about $18 during the lunch meal.

  • Very elegant and nice.
  • Smoke smell in casino.

“Great place to stay but do not eat at Emeril's. Service was outstanding but the $10 pizza at New York
was better than this $75 per meal dinner.”

  • It was attractive and clean.

“No coffee maker in the room. Hotel did not provide enough towels and maids were resistent to give them to us. They told us to "call down" for them. This room did not provide the amenities expected at a 4 star hotel. There was a blaring alarm malfunction at 2:45am, and the staff could have cared less how it affected guests. It was literaly deafening in our room for 20 minutes.”
