Come prepared for a pleasurable albeit costly shopping experience in a lush tropical garden setting. You'll find a selection of world renowned specialty stores such as Christian Dior and Gucci, as well as high end department stores like Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Shopping here is not for the spendthrift. It's a pleasure just to stroll around the lovely European style courtyard and feel the cool spray from the waterfalls on a hot day. Gourmet restaurants such as Carpaccio, and Bal Harbour Bistro are featured. For less formal meals, cafes are also on hand.

  • The shops and restaurants were beautiful.
  • The only negative was the prices.

“I think that Bal Harbor Shops are beautiful, but the prices of the stores are not for the average american.I think they should put some less expensive shops there also. If you don't want to spend a fortune I recommend Aventura Mall also in Miami. It is about 10 miles from Bal Halbor.”
