The goddess of the sea, Tin Hau, has been worshipped in the main hall of the temple since the early 1500s. The goddess is flanked by her faithful guards; Chin Lei Ngan, Thousand League Eyes who sees everything, and Shun Fung Yi, Favourable Wind Ears who hears everything.
