“It's been years since my husband (now deceased) and I used to go there. We loved it. Everything is clean and well kept, proprietors are very friendly and helpful, you feel very secure there, the little store has everything you might need or that you forgot to bring from home. The water is clean and the beach is well kept up. I recommend it to families as well a romantic getaway with your honey. I'm going back again soon, even if I have to go by myself!”

• FINALY a REAL camp ground! lots of space, not too many rules!!
• The whole lake thing wasn't that thrilling but what can I say.

“Almost Heaven was exactly what it is said to be; almost heaven. Some friends and I stayed the weekend in a tent in the wilderness with no electricity because of the excellent price. Everything was wonderful. The people at the office were very sweet and the atmosphere was friendly. There was plenty of room, and in fact, we didn't see another tent out there. Everything was perfect from the camp fire to the board games... I am planning on celebrating my 18th birthday there, once again, in a tent in the 'wilderness'. ”
