“I found Reston National a very nice course to play. Staff was friendly and helpful. The course itself was taken care of quite well with lush fairways & rough. The greens were tough. The layout was nice and holes were interesting.”

“This golf course is the slowest I have ever played, with employees that do not help anybody, and a golf course that is not in very good shape, all for $75, it is horrible, Do not ever play here!”

“Course layout is great - there are some memorable holes here. Beautiful in the fall. Not too challenging, and not too easy either. Most fairways are pretty forgiving. There is a full range (mats) and putting/chipping practice areas. I love the first hole as it's a very forgiving driving hole and a nice start to a round, esp. if you've skipped a warm up. But the course has some problems: 1 - Teatimes are rarely kept on time. It seems we're always teeing off 10-15 minutes after our teatime as the course is 'backed up'. Even on weekdays I've had my teatime pushed back. 2- Along the same vein pace of play on the weekends can be excruciatingly slow. Marshalls don't exist, or if they do, they're not speeding up play. 3 - It's a little on the pricey side. 4 - There are always people, usually riff-raff walking on the course. Reston is very public area renown for its public trails. But the golf course? They often walk right in front of you on the fairway. It's not a bad place to sneak in a round, but I wouldn't bring clients here.”

“I felt, while golfing at this fine facility, that Reston National Golf Course is a very nice course. The owners just re-did the interior and driving range. The owners also got rid of their old EZ-GO carts and now have brand new Club Carts. Overall Reston National is a great course and I would recommend it to anyone. Also the staff is very friendly :-)” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.

“This course is very nice landscape wise but if you want to go out and enjoy a relaxing round of golf then don't go here. It is filled with rich snobby people from Reston and there was may be one friendly person working there. My idea of golf is to take your time and hit your ball the way you want and enjoy the scenery. If you love speed golf and want to get in 18 holes in 2 1/2 hours. If golf is a great fun game to you then run. If you are an over serious this is the place for you. Beginners just go somewhere else.” 3 of 5 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Reston
