“I love camp and everyone and every thing out there was like home to me. I have never seen something or heard of something that I did not like. The People out there were great along with the horses. They are expanding the camp and the groups in the camp.”

“I have been going to camp for almost 8 or 9 years now! I love it! There isn't any other place on earth where I feel heartbroken when the summer comes to an end. To me Pokamoke is home, I feel at peace when I go onto camp. Any child who loves outdoors will love this camp, they don't even have to like horses. There are things for everyone to do and nothing is ever boring there. I would send my child there in a heartbeat!”

“It's an amazing place. I've gone there for 7 years (since I was 7) and I love the horses there. It's a great environment. Anyone who has a child who enjoys horses, hiking, biking or just anything to do with the out doors would love camp. It's such an awesome place and it keeps me out of trouble. I really do love it. It's the only camp where I can ride on my own, and I make such an amazing bond with the horse and my counselor. It's a perfect place for a kid to learn the rules and still have fun.”

“My 5 year old went to Camp Pocomoke for her first camp experience. She enjoyed the day camp experience and wants to go again. She is looking forward to being old enough for the horse camp. I do have a concern on why they allowed 5 years olds to choose whether or not they wanted to swim in 50 degree weather?! I don't know why this would even be an option for a 5 year old to make. Advice to other parents: don't pack a swim suit unless the temperature is reasonable for swimming.”

“It was awesome. I loved the horses. The teachers were really nice. It was fun to do the rock climbing too. It was really fun to learn to trot. The horse show was awesome too!”

“ I went to camp Pokamoke for a week and I'm going back in a few weeks! Ya, that's how good it is! The counselors there are really fun and energetic, I was a wrangler. and I'm going to be a wrangler again just so I can get the same counselor. If you send your kid there I am 100% sure that they will have the best time ever! But, when you go there be sure to bring lots of water and a sack lunch. It gets really, really warm out there, and you don't want to get caught without water on a hot summer day! Sign up for camp pokamoke TODAY!” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Crescent
