• Beautiful landscape and scenery.
• Poor management.

“Not a place for kids or young people. A lot of partying fights breaking out, no life guards or staff controlling anything. I saw drugs and other things at this place, complained to staff, said nothing. As we were packing up to leave, another fight broke out, turned into a rumble. We passed 4 lake county sheriffs on our way out the gate. This place breeds undesirables with no rules, all the drinking you want and no management to control animals they let in.”

• Water is bad for swimming.
• Water is nasty - safe to swim!

“Water is dirty, covers bottom & floating. Is it even safe to swim in? We won't go back there unless it's restored to it's original water quality.”

• I liked it when I left.
• The place is a big sewer.

“A complete drunken employees, the swimming area is a retention pond with a sewer draining running from just outside the entrance got to the swimming area so the swimming area becomes a retention pond for god knows what drains out of the cattle field an the water in the swimming area turns black from the water from the drainage running into it! Electric installed in 1972 an will burn out modern equipment. Open use of drugs around the swimming area the place is just a run down fish camp!”

“I love waive. I have never experienced drunk or rude staff. They have always been nice and taken care of us. The water is always clean and we always have a lot of fun.”
