“WOW! This place was amazing. My husband and I took our almost 2 year old daughter and it held her attention. The train display was huge, detailed, and wonderful. I personally loved the amusement park scene, while my husband liked the castle. My daughter had a difficult time leaving the dolls and the farm scene.”

“Very unusual exhibit. You'd think you'd entered your freakish uncle's hobby room, only it's 100x bigger. Fun, day trip. Great for a rainy day. Perfect for little kids. Our one year old twins adored seeing the trains appear/disappear through the mountains. Room after room after passageway of model trains. Other eclectic exhibits thrown in (cabbage patch, beanie babies, star wars) for no reason. It's so odd, it's awesome. Wheelchair and stroller accessible, but no views from the stroller height. Your kids won't stay in them anyway - skip the stroller and bring a baby bjorn or snugli.”

“Our family has been going for years. You have to look at the big picture not the specs of dust (and there are many). We were in last week, and things seem to be turning around. The glass was being cleaned and the displays were getting fixed. The shame is visitors are destroying the scenery and buildings, plus all the pocket change thrown on the tracks. A handyman was cleaning up when we were there and had over five dollars in pennies and other change he just collected in one spot. I think the tide has changed and future visits will yield a better attraction. Don't write them off, you will be surprised when it gets back to normal. Little kids and seniors have the best time. You should too.”

“What a rip off. After driving an hour and a half with my 3 year old son to see all the trains, all we saw were dirty, broken down displays, with very few trains running. We were not the only ones complaining. The funniest thing was a sign near a broken part of the exhibit that said that an 18-month-old climbed into the display and broke a bridge 7 or 8 years ago, so they left it to look like a train wreck. Well, they did get one thing right, Northland is a train wreck!” 11 of 12 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Flemington
