• People are very nice and help you out if you need it.
• If you get to the camping area early, you can't get set up because you don't know where to go until someone lets you know even if they have an open site.

• Nice wooden sites.
• Close proximity of sites.

“This campground is nice and clean. Good location near state parks. Has its own lake with boat rentals on site. The only thing I did not like was that the sites were too close together for my taste. I would go back, though.”

• Nice wooded sites and grounds.
• Proximity of next camper.

“The camp ground was very nice and wooded. The lake was pleasant and enjoyable. You can rent different types of boats right there at a reasonable fee. Grounds and facilities are kept clean. Very close to town and state park. Would go back. Down falls: the sites are too close together for my taste and you never knew if the camp store would be open or not.”

• Beautiful level wooded lots.
• Could improve on the bathrooms/showers.

“Our favorite campground! We try to get there at least once or twice a year. We keep saying we are going to try other places and end up back at crystal lake. We have never had a negative experience and have been going there for the last 4 years.”

• Beautiful wooded, level sites.
• Bathrooms/showers.

“This is our favorite campground! We try to camp there every year in the spring and fall. We love the wooded lots and the smell of pine. Very friendly staff. They make new improvements every year. The bathrooms could be improved. But, other than that we like it fine. I don't think there is a bad site in this campground.”

• The quiet & family-oriented setting.
• Can not think of a thing off hand.

“The quiet lake & wooded setting provide for a nice family owned & operated campground. we camped there for the first time in 2006 & will be returning for another week in 2007 with a family we met while there! Clean beach, good fishing & a nice store with game room for the family to enjoy together. Close to Ludington attractions & lake Michigan. Off the beaten path, but a quick drive to everything.”
