Busch Gardens-Williamsburg
Jul 23, 2007 by Gabriella
Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • Really good rides.
  • There is nothing, it is the best park I have ever been too.

“This is the best place ever. I used to live in CA and my family went to Disneyland and California adventure. Those places are nowhere near as fun as Busch Gardens. I now live 1 hour away and I love it there. They have 5 roller coasters; one just opened in the spring called the griffon, it is alright but the 205 feet drop is the best part. The food there is really good but kind of pricey but it is way worth it. There is a lot of stuff for little kids too.”

Colonial Williamsburg

  • The authenticity.
  • I assumed that staying in a motel off-site would be cheaper. I was wrong. They have inexpensive accommodations on the property which is much more convenient.

“Colonial Williamsburg is a place you'll never forget. An entire colonial town has been restored to the way it was when Thomas Jefferson and George Washington walked its streets. You not only get a feel for our country's founding here, but also what life was like. You can visit the town's cooper, wig maker, silversmith, cobbler, printer, wheelwright, dressmaker, blacksmith - the whole nine yards. Also well worth a visit, not too far away, in orange, Virginia, is Montpelier - home of jams and dolly Madison. It is being restored to the way it was when the Madison¿s lived there, and they have special "hard hat" tours so you can see the restoration process up close. This is the last of the founders' homes to be restored - a unique and fascinating experience to see.”

Busch Gardens-Williamsburg

  • Fun rides, terrific animals, low prices, nice and helpful employees.
  • Nothing really.

“ Going to Busch Gardens was the best day of my life. The rides were great. Seeing the animals made me and my friends happy. If you don't have a place to go, go to Busch Gardens. You definitely won't regret it.”
