“What a shame? A once fabulously fun place to take your whole family has turned into a terrible misrepresentation of its former glory. Clearly no one has told the public that the campground has been over run with golf carts, which have almost become a necessity because of the ridiculous amount of growth for the seasonal campers. A place that once upon a time had hourly activities to keep the children and family entertained ranging from kickball to volleyball to special themed activities that matched the weekends theme to a band/dj every Saturday that entertained both adult and children to a place that offered such rousing activities as quilting and an ice cream social (bring your own spoon, bowl and toppings) and bingo at 630pm on a Friday when most of the campers (weekend or seasonal) are just arriving as the only activities for an entire weekend. The grounds look tired and shabby, which is probably because of the rampant speed of expansion. They don't even have arts & crafts for the little ones anymore. Who cared that the crafts cost a dollar and were ultimately useless, it was a fun activity that parent and child could do together. I spent a ridiculous amount of time at Plymouth rock growing up, so much you might call it my home, but I don't think I'll ever go back.”
