• It was all good.
• The TV was too high up.

“They made me feel like I was the only patient they had! They were warm, helpful and caring. The staff that cleans the rooms was excellent. The food was excellent.”

• A few of the nurses are actually humane.

“The doctors are very condescending, arrogant, and assume the worst of everyone. The nurses are overworked, stressed out all the time, and act like you're an annoyance more than a patient. They frequently order unnecessary tests using excessive amounts of radiation. They are very forthcoming about the fact that they don't trust you, that they don't care about you, and that any reason (besides a heart attack or a gunshot wound) for your visit to their ER isn't good enough.”

• Dr. Amy, Dr. Delleney and nurses are very nice and caring also.
• Just that experience with that receptionist.

“We took my Mother to Mother Francis-Babbitt Clinic and the Receptionist there acted very cold to my Mother. Most of the receptionists have always been nice, but this was a very young one with curly hair and she said they were no longer accepting Medicaid patients and x'd out and tore up her admittance form right in front of me, which I thought was very rude considering the suffering my mother was going through. It really made me feel angry. I think she needs to learn how to be a little more personable to patients and their families!”
