• Under new management and he is very nice while help out where he can.
• There no negatives.

“If that lady take her son back your will get better treatment. It under a new management. So I have had good treatment when I went there.”

• Met a wonderful staff member. I was traveling with a disabled person and he was walking into work and seen that we needed help came right over to help us and made himself late to work.
• Room was shaking because of the elevator.

“Loved it ! Only bad part was we were on the other side of the elevator and our room would shake.”

• Nursing staff and GP on staff.
• The Cardiology Department, (no staff cardiologist).

“Can only say, "Thank God we didn't have serious heart problems". No resident cardiologist and when a private practice MD arrives, he is only interested in billing. Make the trip to Lewiston hospital.”

• Food is great, very clean, comps are fine for what you play.
• Tight slots, weekend parking stinks, waitresses are scarce.

“As Far as the Restaurants and Hotel its excellent. However the slots are the tightest I've ever seen. Traveling to Casinos often all over the US I know you lose if you stay with it. But I log every session when I go.”

• The place was clean and it has a nice family atmosphere.
• The cashier needs to work on her people skills as well as the owner. He was not friendly at all!

“I took my developmentally disabled son to bowl. He is 13 years old. When I requested a bumper lane, the host looked at my son and asked how old he was. I told her 13. Her response was that he is too old for bumpers. I then had to explain to her that he is DD and that he needs to have bumpers or all his balls will go in the gutter. I then informed her that when he goes bowling with his respite group, he uses bumpers. Later, I thought that she had no right to tell me that my son was too old for bumpers. If a customer requests bumpers regardless of their age, unless they are on a league that forbids bumpers, one should have been put up. He was given a bumper lane, but the attitudes of the people who worked there was not professional at all. My son enjoyed himself. I will not return there to bowl again.”
