- The two pools and all of the ocean beachfront.
- Kids are not allowed into the hot tub until age 13.
“We have stayed in three of the oceanfront camp grounds in Myrtle Beach and this is the premier one. It isn't the largest -- the largest is too densely populated and crowded, especially in the summer but it has every amenity we ever wanted. The beach is never too crowded. We camped for years, but the last few years we have stayed in their Villas. If you stay in a Villa, the kitchen will be pretty Spartan when it comes to pots & pans and utensils. Bring any non-basic items you use all the time, there won't be a Pasta grabber. Also, make sure the kitchen has all of the items it is supposed to - they will bring them to you if any are missing. Not all Villas are the same because some owners have added features. We stayed in because it had a dishwasher and a covered porch. You can read the descriptions on the camp ground's website for each individual Villa rental. The Seascape Villas have a gate to Business 17 right there. During the summer that is a nice feature, it is surprising how much time it can take to navigate out of the campground when the bikes and golf carts are out in force.”

- The Pier.
- Showers/restrooms.
“We are big on restrooms and showers and the last time we were at Apache they were awful. They have not updated them and the RV area down by the water is too crowded. We like Apache for the fishing pier but have decided that we will try another campground in the future. Myrtle Beach Travel Park is large too but the restrooms/showers are immaculate.”

- The staff was very nice.
- Poor camp sights.
“When we arrived our site was not ready, a tent camper was on it; there was cigarette butts all over the site; camp site was to small; had to get up and move our truck so other campers could get by. Fireworks were being shot late at night when there was a prohibited sign stating no firearms or fireworks allowed. When it rained, the camp sight flooded, and the food at the restaurant was terrible. I had my mother and father stay at a different sight, and they were very disappointed as well. The only thing that I was pleased with is that the staff was overly nice. Will never return to this camp sight again.”
