• They easily accomodated a special request.

“My friend and I stayed for a mommy get away to scrapbook. We asked for an extra desk for the room and were accommodated with a large table, It was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful!”

• Lobby and location.
• The windows are not sound proof and old shower.

“The Benson Hotel is in a good location, the staff was nice, and the lobby is lovely (4 stars) the rooms however are old and only 3 star, but still clean and comfortable.”

• The staff was awesome from the curb with the valet staff, the bell staff, front desk and room service, everyone was so helpful and attentive.
• Rooms are small but that is to be expected in a historic hotel.

“This was a very quick business trip for me but the staff made my hectic schedule much more enjoyable. I returned to my room at 9:30 in the evening very tired and hungry. The bellman that had helped me with my luggage earlier that day greeted me as I passed him in the lobby and assured me that I could still order room service. Room service staff was wonderful and I had a great grilled Salmon salad and they were kind enough to include a special request for wheat bread.”
