• It's only 10 minutes from my house.
• The entire theater.

“This theater is atrocious. The seats are in horrible condition, the theater is constantly filthy and the restrooms are deplorable. I'd rather go an hour away to a nice theater than to this one, which is only 10 minutes away. Also, the staff isn't very friendly.”

• Short driving distance.
• It looks old and crappy.

“The theater is old and not attractive - looks so worn something is going on there - cell phones are always being checked not ringing - I guess testing and walking in and out the theater doors.”

• Easy to find balls; pace of play is good; close to town.
• Not challenging enough for the better play.

“This course would be great for beginners and shorter hitters. The course is very open which allows for golfers to spray their tee shots and still have a shot to the green. This is a fun course to go out and bomb it but the greens are small so your iron shots must be on.”

• Easy to walk, maintains distance from other holes, nice greens.
• A few trick holes; back tees are not long enough.

“Duck Hollow is a challenging but fair course with smooth, quick greens. When the rough becomes deep and the greens firm up in the summer this course can be a bear. Most of the year though, the greens are very receptive and award good shots.”
