  • Service, attitude, ineptitude.

“I would not recommend St Mary's hospital. The staff is poor. The administration is poor. They even fouled up my paperwork and lost things.”

  • High cost. More hangers-on than doctors. Dictatorial doctors.

“They give you all kinds of unnecessary tests. Staff was uncooperative or even rude; they didn't tell you what they were doing. They were mostly concerned with payment.”
