• Convenient and a friendly environment.
• Equipment problems, a lot.

“I have been bowling there for years and find the equipment an issue on many nights. Most of the employees are pleasant and helpful. They do seem stressed a lot but then when you're dealing with 30 teams six nights a week and then open bowlers who don't understand there aren't open lanes available I can understand why they don't come across as being friendly.”

• Oil on the lanes; clean bathrooms.
• The people working there. They are the worst customer service people I have encountered in my life.

“I love the fact they put a lot of oil on the lanes so you can actually bowl with the new equipment. How is it possible to have all sourpusses working there. They are the most unfriendly group of people.”

• The bathrooms were very clean.
• Not friendly.

“I went today for the first time, I found the people to be rude, not one smile. it wasn't a welcoming environment. The older lady kept screaming for any reason, I felt like I wasn't at the dentist.”
