  • Nothing.
  • Everything.

“I would never return to this establishment. After reading the reviews I thought it was the perfect place to take my son (3/17/09.) First we were told we could only play for half hour. It was repeated so many times that I felt this woman just wanted us to leave. After playing one game of ten frames I told my son it was time to go. Well, he throws another bowl starting a new game. You would think I would be charged for 11 frames as in other establishments. Nope. I was charged for all 10 frames. I paid for borders and they weren't put up until we were already in our 8th frame and this was after I went back to the counter. No apologies. No nothing. What lane are you at? Okay. Just go back. (Dismissive and how dare I bother them!) I was dying to get out of there, but now my son is screaming for a soda. Begrudgingly I go to the concession stand and we wait; Well, no one ever came to serve us or at a minimum tell us they were closed. Why? Because they were too busy chatting up a storm at the end of the counter. Staff being friendly? Well, those people must have quit or been fired.”

Kids Aerobics

  • It good place to spend the day with a multitude of children. A good place to throw B-day parties.
  • On the other hand, the place did need major renovation.

“I was a former employee of kid-o-robics. It was clearly stated that children were to be watched by their parents, it was a place for kids to have fun, not to be babysat. In regards to the food being cold, the only way the food could have been cold is if you took too long to get in your room (which was announced over a loud speaker).”

  • Convenient location.
  • Dirty, no supervision, always scared my kid will be abducted.

“I understand they moved to a new location on Route 100. Not sure if that's true. The old location at the Cross County Mall was fun for the kids but filthy. Not a good place for kids under 3. Too many big kids who run without regard to younger kids. .”

Kids Aerobics

  • The idea of having a place where children are able to stretch-out and have a healthy good time.
  • The carpet was filthy, some of the balls needed to be replaced and the soft mats needed to be replaced as well as a result of the chewing gum that was stuck on the as well as the torn, ripped and in sanitized.

“The idea to have kids aerobics was a wonderful idea which allows children to play, exercise and interact with other children in their age range. My cousin and little brother actually had a good time despite the fact that the hot air jumping balloon was not working.”
