“Worst. My son was told by a nurse that it is his own fault that he is bipolar. A hugely fat nurse was really mean and screamed a lot. The nurses antagonize the juvenile patients on purpose. The nurses hung up a sign at the nurse's station. I heard them getting yelled at for that but they did it anyway. There was vomit on the floor both days I visited my son and nobody cleaned it up. Unprofessional place.”

• A very few kind staff members tried really hard.
• Abusive, angry, uncaring employees.

“An abomination that flatters to call itself a hospital. I had the great misfortune to be hospitalized here twice. The ER is filthy and staffed by medical students who would obviously rather be anywhere else. Most of the nurses I came into contact with were Nasty and uncaring. One told me I was in the hospital because of my lack of Christian faith. Another nurse had an angry screaming fit at me. Other staff members were no better. There have been many complaints about angry and abusive staff. If I was hemorrhaging right outside mill creek community's door I would do everything in my power to crawl to one of the city's real hospitals.”
