- The price was reasonable for the grade of hotel and was centrally located on the Strip.
- No fridge or mini-bar in the room and was noisy.
“Monte Carlo is a reasonably priced hotel for a first time visitor to Las Vegas and is located next to all the major attractions and other must see hotels on the Strip. It lacked cleanliness and the rooms looked dated (cracks on bathroom tub tiles).”

- The speed and ease of check in and out, and the hospitality of the staff.
- Could've used more pillows and a blanket, a call to hospitality would've taken care of that.
“This is a large, dramatically beautiful hotel. Loved the free valet parking, ease of check in and out, bellman learned my name quickly even with only a 2 day stay. The food served in the cafe on the casino level was exceptionally good and fairly priced. Our room was comfortable, quiet and best of all smoke-free! Yes, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family without hesitation.”

- Small and easy to find way around good for people with mobility issues.
- Unresponsive staff to quality issues.
“The hotel room was as expected, but the staff of the restaurants was not very responsive to our concerns. The new Divino Restaurant was fairly dark and the printing on the menu was very small. This was probably to hide the prices that were high compared to the very small portion sizes. The Pasta dish I got was so small, it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, he just shrugged and went away. The manager said they had quite a few similar complaints, but didn't offer to compensate us. Upon checking out a charge at the pub was questioned. The pub manager said he would contact me by e-mail with a copy of the bill, but never did. Considering that we had 4 rooms and considering that all of frequently go to LV we would get some customer care. I won't stay there again and I doubt the others will either.”

- The room was not cleaned; We left late morning, put the sign out to be cleaned, but by early evening they still had not cleaned the room
“All in all this was a nice hotel. Location wise it is a little far out.”
