  • Loved the people.
  • Building quality.

“I hold open the chance to change this. The coves condo association allowed at least one condo to leak for years. Building 4 had a lot of problems and even though I am selling and moving, I reserve the right that I may take action to have the health department test each apartment in the coves for leaks, prior leaks and mold in the outside closets and around windows. .”
