- Very clean lanes/business/bathrooms.
- Added their own tip without authorization at snack bar.
“The bowling lanes were nice and clean. We ordered from the snack bar, and food wasnt bad but use CAUTION when using a credit card. They added their own tip to my credit card receipt. Without my consent, so always make sure you put a line through the tip amount. I stood at the window to order, holding the baby who was wiggling around, she did not offer to assist holding receipt so I just signed it quickly, not much involved so no tip was left, but I guess she thought otherwise.”

- Clean, well lit and lanes and equipment are well maintained.
- Not much room behind settee area with tables & chairs.
“Extremely clean and well maintained bowling alley. Lane conditions are fair and consistent. Machine breakdowns are rare. Area behind bowlers seating is somewhat cluttered with chairs and tables. No Pro Shop. Snack bar is a little pricey and slow (cook to order). Staff is friendly.”

The Villages Regional Hospital

- Nothing good to say that is positive.
- The worst for anyone.
“This hospital is not equipped to handle anything related to pregnancy and should not accept patients in that condition. We called the hospital to ask if my daughter could be helped as she was visiting and pregnant and needed help. They should have referred us to Leesburg but did not. When we went there, they admitted my daughter to their and should have also then told us to go to Leesburg but did not. We wasted 7 hours in their care which was not the best as they are not equipped to evaluate pregnant women. I will tell all my friends not to go there with their kids or grandkids as they will only transport later after possible endangerment depending on situation. I see no reason why they could not have referred us to Leesburg either on the first phone call or when they were evaluating for admittance. This is ludicrous! The hospital is nothing more then a money making business that wants part of the money it gets rather than refer the patient on to a hospital that can help. We will be sending more letters to head of hospital and anyone else that can change their system. .”

- Quality of food and selection! Great Service.
- During winter months long waits. (But it's worth it)
“Consistently great food and service. Our Favorite place to eat now that we live in the villages!”

The Villages Regional Hospital

- There was nothing positive about this horrible place.
- People have to wait.
“Please, if you have a medical emergency, go to Leesburg medical center and not this place. My mother lives in the villages, and she has crohn's disease. Today she was in serious pain (abdominal pain) and this has led to serious problems in the past and she was normally admitted right away. That wasn't the case in this hospital. There were 5 people in the waiting room, 4 (including my mother) sat there for 9 hours waiting. My mother sat in the waiting room, in serious pain for 9 hours. There were two people before her that had gotten to the hospital hours earlier that had not been admitted yet? There was a woman who was brought by ambulance, had tubes stuck in her, and she was in the waiting room. There was a young girl 3 months pregnant who was having bad pain; she had to lie down on the floor because she couldn't sit up. This was the worst and most infuriating experience of my life. My mother eventually gave up and we drove her home. She never did see a doctor. In fact, she never saw anyone. Now we have to do this all over again tomorrow, but we will be going to a different hospital. I will do everything in my power to get the word out about this hospital. No one should have to sit for 9+ hours in a waiting room in serious pain in a medical facility!”
