  • Its fun exciting.
  • Just be aware the toilets don't work sometimes.

“I loved winters. The thing is, my family/friends and I go there every year as our little camping trip I always do karaoke and last year 2008 I won 1st place. The 1st problem I have there is that some of the people there are snotty, rude and very noisy and the 2nd problem I have is that every year we go there there's always something wrong with the toilets, yeah I know its disgusting forever.”

  • Fishing.
  • Employees of the park.

“Employees were not very nice and when they were it was overly nice, almost scary. I wont be buying in at this park, it was very dirty and had a horrible smell of sewage, I parked my rig over by the creek so my husband and I can do some fishing which this was fantastic. Due to a lot of help from another camper who helped my husband park our rig and put up out satellite dish and showed us the good fishing spots.”

Canyon Creek Resort

  • Walking to lake Berryessa, Church meeting on site.
  • Poison oak on hills :(, sundown is early in winter.

“This park is beautiful. The hills just to the West of Putah creek look like "wall paper". Although this wall paper has deer, and unfortunately lots of poison oak! The canyon is pretty steep, so the sun is out of view by about 5pm in Jan. Also when I was there we had no cell phone reception, until we went to winters. A really nice little town. We had great fellowship with a Christian church that met in the "activities room", what a blessing! Down town Sacramento is less than an hour away, if you avoid "rush hour".”
