• Everything, especially poorly trained and hostile staff. Clerical errors.

“Hospital is over whelmed by illegal aliens and the poor using the hospital for primary care and not emergency care. Unfortunately hospital is required to service them by law, bring I feel overall care to below average. Do not use. Hospital is also located in unsafe area of city, lot of gang activity and attacks on populous. Can tell by phone conversations that staff is over worked therefore, they do not like their jobs. Will not give out straight answers over phone. Tend to avoid public when possible unless cornered. Strongly advise ------ go some place else, for safety reasons!”
