• Walk-in service.
• Negligence - endanger health for paperwork purposes.

“This center focuses on procedures first and medical care last. They refused to call the insurance company to verify eligibility stating that the insurance company requires the clinic to send a copy of the insurance card. The insurance company indicated that is not true. My daughter is covered under her father's insurance and he lives in another state and does not communicate with her. This clinic would not take all the insurance information provided by his employer without the actual card. They refused to give her prescription and she has diabetes. Stay away!”

• maybe the location but once you find it, it's way cool !!

“Went to a kids party at BLR what a gas! After the kids raced, some of the parents got into the cars. Whew it was a blast. A real family type place. We had a grand time. We are headed back this weekend with relatives out from Minnesota.PH”
